RETURN POLICY - "TRY IT, LOVE IT, OR RETURN IT"
We will refund your purchase in full within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your Two Wheel Gear product for any reason. Try out your new gear in your routine. If it is not up to your standards, send it back for a full refund. But we're pretty sure you'll love it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is damaged, altered or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a full return/refund.
To begin the refund process, please send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day and notify you if the refund request has been approved and provide return shipping instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to complete your refund/exchange may vary. Once we have received the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund/exchange. Your refund will be processed by applying a credit to your original method of payment (Credit Card or Paypal) or we will promptly ship out the replacement for the exchanged item.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please clearly write on the returning package "Canadian Goods Returning." This will help to ensure that customs recognizes it as a return and will not require additional duties and taxes. Duties and taxes required to be paid by us for receiving returned products will be deducted from the refunded amount.
