How Do You Order The Bicycle-Commuter Pannier?

Begin from the product page and select the order link for the appropriate country that you are ordering from. This link will open a new window that is the first page of the ordering forms. On this page it is important to select the color of pannier you would like, the appropriate tax if you are in Canada, the type of credit card you are using (Visa or Mastercard), and if you have separate shipping and billing addresses. Click the checkout button when you have filled in the form. On the second page you fill in your customer details. Note that this is a secure page with and https URL address and the lock on your browser should be closed. After filling in this information (Hint: fill in your credit card # without any spaces, and check the # twice before submitting) click on the submit order button and your order will be placed. You will then move to the final page wich is your online receipt. Please print this out for future reference. You will recieve a confirmation email that the order has been processed correctly.

What is your return policy?

We will refund your purchase in full within 60 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the Pannier, and we offer a one year full refund for any manufacturing defects. Please email us for return/refund instructions. We have a 99% satisfaction rating with our online customers.

Will the pannier interfere with my pedals?

No, unless you have size 16 feet. Our attachment system angles the pannier away from the pedals eliminating this problem.

Is your pannier waterproof?

Our pannier is water-resistant. We don't claim it to be waterproof because you can't immerse it in water and not have water seep through them seams or zippers. It is made of 700-denier polyurethane-coated nylon cordura that is a standard material used for backpacks, bags and other outdoor products. The polyurethane inner coating gives the nylon the water resistance. We decided not to use a more expense waterproof fabric because we cycle in a cold climate and these fabrics tend to have a fairly high cold-crack temperature (they become hard and less supple when it gets cold) and are not as durable. Our pannier keeps it?s contents dry under all of our extreme weather tests.

What type of bike rack is compatible with your commuter pannier?

Almost all standard bike racks like Blackburn will work fine. The only criteria is that the rack have a prong extending from the bottom for a "D" ring to hook over. Almost all bike racks have this feature.
