We offer a 30 Day Commuter Guarantee that allows you to use your new Two Wheel Gear bag in your routine for up to 30 days. What is your warranty?

We provide a limited two-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the date of purchase. Where is it designed and manufactured?

We design all of our gear to handle serious commuting weather from -30 C / -22F to +35 C / 86F in rain, snow and intense sun. We design, test and build in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Originally all of our products were manufactured in our local workshop in Canada. Now we work with world class manufacturing partners in Vietnam and Indonesia that are Bluesign® certified and leaders in ethically sourcing materials and take part in annual factory audit programs. Free Shipping On Orders Over $100 in USA

All orders over $100 in the lower 48 states ship free with UPS Ground service. All orders under $100 ship for $9.50 with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Service. Express shipping options calculated at check out.

Order Processing

Orders are shipped from Blaine, WA, USA and take one business day to process. A shipping confirmation email with online tracking information is sent shortly after the order is shipped. If an item returns as an unclaimed package, we are not responsible for any shipping fees to have the item re-shipped.
